Nuestra Misión

Tantísimo is a farm to table restaurant offering small plates, craft cocktails, and experiences celebrating Latin America. We provide consistently excellent meals that tell a story and leave our guests inspired and more connected to their world. We do this with particular concern for the planet, and for the well-being of our team, the enrichment of our community, and the advancement of our industry.

Nuestra Cocina

Our neighboring country, Mexico, inspires a large part of our dishes. We also source inspiration from Latin American countries like Colombia, Peru, Argentina y mas, always seeking and sharing the stories behind the food. We honor our farmers by buying local whenever we can, supporting sustainable farms throughout the world, and reducing waste in our operations. We serve four seasonal menus throughout the year, along with many seasonal specials from our chefs.

Event Catering

Let us bring our street food to you! Our chef-served farm to table taco stand is perfect for your birthday, late night wedding treat, graduation or any other event! For smaller groups, we can arrange special menus and custom stations to suit your needs. Our team can also provide beverages, a Latin dessert bar, and layer cakes to cover all your cravings.

Where can I find your food in the meantime?

We serve farm to table street food every Saturday morning at the Richland Park Farmers' Market from 9am-noon! Check out our instagram for weekly updates and additional markets and pop ups.

Do you offer options for customers with dietary restrictions or preferences?

Absolutely! Our savory menu is full of gluten free options, and our staff is always ready to answer any of your menu questions and make modifications whenever possible. We offer dairy free, gluten free, and vegetarian items at each event. However, our menu is limited in our mobile kitchen. We look forward to offering more options at our brick and mortar! If you have specific dietary concerns or requests, please don't hesitate to ask our staff, who will be happy to assist you in finding the perfect menu item.

Our Team

Tantisimo is owned and operated by Maria Escamilla [left], Joshua Cook [center], and Ana Aguilar [right]. Ana founded Tantisimo in 2021 with farm to table Latin American pastries and Mexican family recipes. In 2023, Nashville native chef Josh joined the business and helped expand and refine the menus. Maria joined us in 2024 to launch our first brick and mortar, formalizing her years of support for the business. Our trio shares a combined 36 years in Nashville hospitality, a love of local farms and a passion for global cuisine.
